How it works
How the referral line works
A short, plain description of what happens to your call and who is on the other end.

From dial to contractor
You call the number
The number is on every page. Calls are inbound only. This site does not call or text you.
The call is routed
A third-party call platform routes it by ZIP to a participating independent contractor.
You speak with that contractor
Tell it what happened. It decides whether it can take the job.
You decide
Ask for the license number, check it, and agree terms with the contractor directly.
What the site is not
It is not a restoration company, an insurer or an adjuster. It has no crews, no trucks and no license of its own.
It does not guarantee a contractor's work, price or arrival. The statement in the footer says so, and the referral disclosure page expands on it.
What is recorded
Calls may be recorded by the platform that routes them. The privacy policy explains what this site itself collects, which is little.
Water is still moving, or the room is already wet?
Call the number and describe what happened. You are connected with an independent restoration contractor who serves your ZIP. Calling early helps, because wet drywall and flooring get harder to save each day.
